A Wonderful Week Back In Civilization :)

Who knew a week could fly by so fast?

I feel like I've said that a million times and somehow I'm still surprised when it happens! Here's a break down of my wonderful week being spoiled by my even more wonderful mama :)

We ate out at all of my favorite spots - The Rock Bottom, The Rio, California Pizza Kitchen, and Rib City plus I got to eat some delicious Indian buffet with my dad :)

I helped two of my favorite ladies get ready for their junior prom. For the record, prom pictures are WAY more fun when you're a grown up... They serve wine! ;)

Gracie's gorgeous up-do! The left side.

The back.

The right side.

Oh just my stunning, model of a sister! I can't believe she's so grown up!

Me, Weeg, & Dud. I love these girls like they're my own sisters :)

I got to skip through the aisles of Super Target, King Soopers, AND Davidson's liquors. I'd forgotten that there were beers other than Budweiser and Yuengling... Jacksonville doesn't have the most diverse selection.

I spent a day shopping at Park Meadows which actually turned out to be pretty disappointing... Apparently patterned leggings and shirts with cats on them are HUGE right now. Not exactly my style ;)

Two of my most favorite people :)

But best of all, I got to spend a week hanging out with my mom and watching Gilmore Girls on the couch with my sister! For so long before I moved it was the three of us living together and I really missed that! The week felt SO short and I miss my family like crazy, but it was nice to get back to my other family - the hubs and the gray babes :)

In other news, I have a definite bridal party as of last Monday! I made cards to give/send to the girls and lucky for me, everyone said yes! Next order of business... Book a DJ.

The front of the card.

The inside!

The "tie the knot" ring that was hiding inside the little yellow envelope!

Otherwise, life in the Beard house has gone back to business as usual! Cooking dinner, watching Netflix, snuggling with the kitties, and we even managed to sneak in a beach date!

The weather was PERFECT! But we may or may not be extremely sunburned today!

A week from Wednesday I'll be heading to Hawaii for my sister Camille's college graduation. By the time I get back from that Mike will be halfway through his seventh week of sniper school which means he is more than halfway done! WOOO! I'm so proud of how hard he's been working and all of his dedication to this course, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't counting down the days until it was over ;) 4 weeks down, 8ish left to go!
